About Pam

Pam is a Mum, Personal Trainer, Coach & general Fitness enthusiast.

She created Skulpt to bring a new kind of mat class to you — one that builds real strength, sculpts the body, and delivers results without a gym.

With over 10 years of experience as a PT, Pam has worked with clients of all levels, helping them improve strength, flexibility, and confidence. As a mum of three, she knows firsthand how challenging it can be to fit training into a busy life — and she designed Skulpt to be effective, efficient, and energising.

Pam’s goal is simple: to create a class that targets every muscle, challenges your body, and leaves you feeling strong and accomplished — all in a high-energy, motivating environment.
