Q; How long is a class?
A: Classes are scheduled for 1 hour but working time is generally 40-45 minutes for in person classes. This allows us time to set out mats & the instructor to find out about any injuries etc. Online classes vary but each one list it's duration so you can choose the length of workout you do that day.
Q: Do I need to book ahead?
A: Yes. Your instructor will need to know how many people are attending to ensure there's enough mats and other equipment, if there are any new starts to allow some extra time to chat beforehand, and to ensure the class isn't booked out.
Q; What should I bring to class?
A: You'll want to bring water, a towel and a ready-to-sweat attitude!
Mats and equipment are provided for in-person classes. Online classes will list what you need per class.
Q; I'm a beginner, can I join?
A: Absolutely! Get there a few minutes early to let your instructor know and have a chat. Moves can be scaled to suit all levels.
Q; How long do passes last?
A: A 5 class-pass is valid for 3 months from purchase date.
A 10 class-pass is valid for 6 months.
A single class-pass is valid for 1 month.
Membership is valid for the month following payment. Should there be an issue with the recurring payment being taken, access maybe paused until this is resolved.
