Refunds and Cancellations Policy

At SKULPT, we’re committed to delivering a high-quality fitness experience and clear, fair policies for all clients. Please read the following carefully before booking or purchasing any classes or passes.

Class Bookings

  • All bookings are non-refundable.

  • If you can’t attend your booked class, you may reschedule up to 1 hours before the class start time, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made within 1 hours or no-shows will forfeit the session.

 

Class Passes & Packages

  • All class passes are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Passes must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.

  • If SKULPT cancels a class for any reason, a replacement class or credit will be provided.

 

Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Memberships can be cancelled anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

  • No partial refunds are offered for unused portions of a billing period.

  • If a recurring payment fails, access to classes may be paused until payment is resolved.

 

Online Programs & Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of online programs, eBooks, or video content are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at skulpt.with.pam@gmail.com so we can resolve it promptly.

 

Cancellations by SKULPT

  • In the rare case that a class or program is cancelled by SKULPT, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered either:

    • A rescheduled session,

    • A class credit,
