Refunds and Cancellations Policy
At SKULPT, we’re committed to delivering a high-quality fitness experience and clear, fair policies for all clients. Please read the following carefully before booking or purchasing any classes or passes.

Class Bookings

All bookings are non-refundable.

If you can’t attend your booked class, you may reschedule up to 1 hours before the class start time, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 1 hours or no-shows will forfeit the session.
Class Passes & Packages

All class passes are non-refundable once purchased.

Passes must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.

If SKULPT cancels a class for any reason, a replacement class or credit will be provided.
Memberships & Subscriptions

Memberships can be cancelled anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

No partial refunds are offered for unused portions of a billing period.

If a recurring payment fails, access to classes may be paused until payment is resolved.
Online Programs & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of online programs, eBooks, or video content are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Cancellations by SKULPT

In the rare case that a class or program is cancelled by SKULPT, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered either:

A rescheduled session,
